How to Permanently Change the Font Size in Outlook Reading Pane For All Emails

Writer's picture: The Okay EngineerThe Okay Engineer

If you are like me and have a high resolution monitor, but struggle with how small the font is on Outlook, this should be a good solution for you that doesn't involve changing your entire Windows resolution scale

Follow the steps below

  1. Once you are in Outlook, click the "100%" text on the bottom right of the screen.

2. This will bring up the "Zoom While Reading" dialog box.

3. You can change the "Percent" value to be anything you want, I like it at 125%. Make sure to check the box for "Remember my Preference" so that it doesn't reset for each new email you click on.

4. Click OK and you're good to go!

Let me know if you are still having issues in the comments and I will do my best to assist!
